What to expect?
Phase 1: Opening the Space
We start by slowing down.
With breath, intention, and sacred herbs, we create the space.
You’ll be guided to connect with the plant as teacher, and yourself as student.
Phase 2: Fascia Flow (Body Awakening)
Gentle movement helps release stuck emotion and tension.
Cannabis deepens your body awareness.
You’ll move in a way that feels intuitive and natural.
Phase 3: Shamanic Flow Breathing (Energy Activation)
We use rhythmic breathing to clear blocks and activate energy.
The herb supports the flow, guiding you into deeper presence and clarity.
Phase 4: Inner Journey (Insight and Reflection)
This is where it gets quiet.
You’ll be invited inward, to listen, reflect, or simply be.
Breakthroughs often happen here.
Phase 5: Closing the Ceremony (Grounding)
We come back slowly.
You’ll have the chance to journal, share (optional), and integrate.
We close with gratitude for the herb, for the space, and for the work you’ve done.
